WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. Raddison Playford Hotel 1998: I have taken a further step in developing my customer related skills; here I have undertaken a job as a room service attendant whose responsibilities are to cook food in the customers・ rooms and also take care of all their requests.2. Cafe Fru Fru: This is a busy cafe to which i have just started on the 6/12/98. I will have a lot to talk about this cafe when i get the chance to.
3. Stamford Plaza 1996-1997: Whilst there I have undertaken the following jobs-Bar attendant, waiter and occasionally porter, room service and banquet. My jobs have included ordering for the bar, serve food and customer relations. At times I was also put under managerial positions by the supervisor on duty.
4. Noodles 1995-1997: at Noodles I was the head of the waiters, whom was in charge of the restaurant when the manager was off duty. My job there was serving customers, handling customer complaints, also seat arrangements and cashiering.
5. McDonald・s West Terrace, 1994-1995: at this work place I was a kitchenhand whose main responsibilities were cooking burgers, keeping the working areas clean, making sure that there is always enough supply on demand and also keep the burger wastage as minimal as possible. Whenever there is a rush time I was always put in charge of the kitchen by the managers so that the productivity and quality of food can be maintained. As a crew trainer, I also had the opportunities in training new recruits.
6. Imperial Kitchen 1992-1994: this take away restaurant was the first place where I began my hospitality training. There I was involved in serving food to the customers, keeping the working areas clean and also cashiering.
